Laminate Countertop Fabricator / Laminator

Position Summary

Are you experienced in countertop fabrication and take pride in producing high-quality work? We are seeking an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Laminate Countertop Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll fabricate, laminate, assemble, and finish custom laminate countertops and related products with precision and attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous countertop, cabinet, woodworking, millwork, or shop fabrication experience who wants long-term stability and growth.

Please Note: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior fabrication, woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or related shop experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble laminate countertops, backsplashes, and custom components.
• Apply laminate materials using proper fabrication techniques and adhesives.
• Operate shop equipment, power tools, routers, saws, and other fabrication machinery safely.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, templates, and measurements.
• Perform trimming, edging, sanding, finishing, and quality inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in laminate countertop fabrication, cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or a related fabrication field.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials.
• Experience using power tools and shop equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with post-forming, laminate application, edge treatments, and countertop assembly.
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required).

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time Position with year-round work and long-term stability

Paid Holidays

• 9 paid holidays after 90 days of employment

Paid Time Off

• 1 week vacation + 3 sick days after 12 months
• 2 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 24 months
• 3 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 60 months
