Countertop Fabricator (Solid Surface / Corian)
Pay: $18–$26/hr | Full-Time | Long-Term Shop Position
Are you a hands-on fabricator who takes pride in clean seams, tight measurements, and quality work? We’re hiring an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Countertop Fabricator to join our growing shop. You’ll work primarily with solid surface materials (Corian and similar) fabricating custom countertops from start to finish.
⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level position.
If you’ve worked in a fabrication shop, cabinet shop, millwork shop, or similar environment—and know your way around tools—we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Fabricate solid surface countertops and custom components
Operate shop equipment and power/hand tools safely and efficiently
Read and work from shop drawings, templates, and measurements
Maintain high standards for accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship
Work as part of a team to hit production deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Required
Prior countertop fabrication or related shop experience (woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, stone, solid surface, etc.)
Comfortable lifting and carrying materials up to 75 lbs
Strong measuring, math, and layout skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
Nice to Have (but not required)
Solid surface (Corian) experience
Seam work, sanding, polishing, or finishing experience
Semi-experienced candidates will be trained — you must already have shop experience.
Pay & Benefits
$18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time, steady work — not seasonal
9 paid holidays after 90 days
Paid Time Off
1 week vacation + 3 sick days after 12 months
2 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 24 months
3 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 60 months
