If you take pride in tight seams, clean finishes, and building tops the right way the first time you’ll fit in here.
We are a growing, established solid surface fabrication shop seeking an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Countertop Fabricator for long-term employment. This is steady, year-round shop work not seasonal and not temporary.
What You’ll Be Doing
Fabricating solid surface countertops
Building custom components from drawings and templates
Cutting, seaming
Operating shop tools and equipment safely
Working with a team to meet production deadlines
Maintaining high quality control standards
What You Must Have
Previous fabrication experience in:
Countertops
Cabinet shops
Millwork
Woodworking
Solid surface or stone shops
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and shop drawings
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
This is NOT an entry-level position.
If you’ve never worked in a fabrication shop before, this is not the right fit.
Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Considered)
Solid surface (Corian) experience
Seam work and invisible seam finishing
Sanding, polishing, and final finish work
CNC experience (if applicable)
Installation experience (not required but valued)
Semi-experienced candidates will be trained but you must already understand shop workflow and tools.
Pay & Benefits
$18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on skill level)
Full-time, consistent hours
9 Paid Holidays (after 90 days)
Paid Time Off:
1 week vacation + 3 sick days after 1 year
2 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 2 years
3 weeks vacation + 3 sick days after 5 years
