We are a well-established countertop fabrication and installation company known for quality craftsmanship and excellent service. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Countertop Installer with experience in laminate and solid surface acrylic materials to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Countertop Installer, you will measure, cut, and install laminate and solid surface acrylic countertops for residential and commercial projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality finished products that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Measure, template, cut, and install countertops per project specifications
Prepare and level surfaces before installation
Trim, shape, and polish materials for a precise fit and professional finish
Safely operate installation tools and equipment
Work with project managers and teammates to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Address customer questions or concerns on-site in a professional manner
Mentor and support junior team members when needed
Requirements
Proven experience installing laminate and solid surface acrylic countertops
Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specs
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Physically able to lift/carry heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or vocational training in countertop installation
Experience with both residential and commercial projects
Familiarity with leading countertop brands and materials
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits:
After 3 months: 9 paid holidays
After 12 months: 9 paid holidays, 5 vacation days, 3 sick days
After 24 months: 9 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, 3 sick days
After 60 months: 9 paid holidays, 15 vacation days, 3 sick days
